We serve as your school's IT department. We design, install, maintain and support school onsite and cloud servers. We support staff and faculty laptops as well as classroom and lab computers. We work with PCs, Macs, and Chromebooks.
We can maintain a regular onsite schedule so that your staff gets the tech support it needs on a consistent basis. We also provide remote support on days we are not scheduled. We can also come onsite in the event of testing and outages.
We can administer all of your cloud services, such as Google Apps for Education, Office 365 for Education, PowerSchool, Tableau, as well as many other education specific applications. We take care of on boarding staff, and additional training, as well.
We make sure your school's data is secure and safe guarded. We employ both onsite and offsite backups for server data and images. In addition, we make sure staff laptop data is protected in the event of hardware damage or theft.
We can support your infrastructure, whether you are behind CPS IT services, CPS E-Rate services, or school-owned IT infrastructure. We take care of applying for E-rate, selecting vendors, managing installations, vendor support, and optimal network performance.
Managed IT Services
We are a managed services provider in addition to being an as-needed IT consultant. That means we do offer 24/7 server/desktop monitoring of equipment with a fully-staffed network operating center (NOC) for peace of mind and fixed budgets.
